We recently sold our property with Proctors Park Langley whom we had used to sell our flat some years before. We worked with all the team but Richard was our main guy. He was amazing. Couldnt have been more professional, helpful, kind and such a high sense of integrity. This sale got quite complex at times and we were at the bottom of a rather long chain. It was Richard who got the sale through on a very tight deadline when it was all looking like falling through. And he did it all with a smile and a joke and always eased the stress. I would never use anyone else, absolutely first class service, from Richard, but all the team there are fabulous.

Following the death of my father, as executor I had to select an agent to handle the sale of the family home. My brother, formerly an estate agent, contacted several local firms and advised me that Proctors were the best choice. Accordingly Proctors were instructed.
